Orazio Manzi-Fe Pater, COO
Orazio has been a recognized leader in the treasury management industry for over 40 years. Prior to founding the GTreasury companies, he led the National Data Corporation – Cash Management Division from 1974 to 1984. Mr. Pater was instrumental in developing the automated cash and treasury industry. Under his leadership, the NDC Cash Management Division served over 12,000 corporations and 200 major banks that used NDC to monitor balances and concentrate cash on a global magnitude. The Division became the leading provider of treasury and funds transfer systems worldwide with over $40 million in annual revenues and very substantial profits. Prior to NDC, Orazio was a cash manager at Honeywell, Inc. where he designed and implemented one of the first automated treasury management systems in the world.

Peg Pater, General Manager
Peg is involved in managing all aspects of GTreasury’s operations. Before joining GTreasury, Peg was an executive in the Human Resources-Department of Solomon Brothers from 1980 to 1983. She was responsible for recruiting and staffing the Manufacturers Hanover Bank Cash Management Division from 1974 to 1980. From 1970 to 1973, Peg was an executive recruiter with Archer and Wood, a firm that was purchased by Peat, Marwick and Mitchell.

Warren Davey, SVP Sales and Marketing
Warren is currently responsible for Sales and Marketing. Warren is currently responsible for GTreasury’s Sales and Marketing operations. Warren has over 15 years’ experience in the technology and treasury markets. Prior to joining GTreasury Warren had a variety of roles with Selkirk Financial and then Thomson Reuters, including consulting, sales, and management. Warren’s breadth and depth of experiences within treasury and technology have propelled him to become one of the main subject matter experts in this industry.

Marc Singer, IT Director
Marc Singer is responsible for management of the internal and external IT systems at GTreasury. For over 15 years, Marc has been a principal engineer with Compu-Solutions Inc. and has a strong background in Electrical Engineering and IT systems. Marc brings with him an array of resources, from unique backup and disaster recovery solutions to virtualization techniques allowing for quick deployment of complex systems.
